Federal Building (2017) is a fictional edifice in the fairy-tale land of architectural fables. Inside this top-heavy building, the legal procedure becomes a sequence of transitions and destinations in a thickened circulation system. Along this journey of examinations, the rights or wrongs of human action become both paperwork and spectacles - an arrangement of both the back (evidence) and the front (argument) of architectural matters. As an architectural figure that hovers tall over a public square, the voices of protest are both distant and inaudible. This is the plight of the contemporary citizen of the world: a quantifiable demographics with no face and no voice.
